I blew my vq35de engine on my 2004 g35 coupe and I want to swap it out and put a vq35hr engine in it. I want to make sure if it fits correctly or is there a kit a can buy? do I have to get different motor mounts? does a 07 sedan have the same engine layout as 04 coupe

 

It's basically the same as any other engine swap, you will need to swap everything. I would look into an LS swap rather than an HR swap.
