I just purchased a pac rc-1 and installed it according to the instructions and the interface powers on and shows a solid red light even with the buttons being pushed, still red light. I tired to manually reset the SWI. I also used a multimeter and measured the resistance between ground and the analog signal wires, that reading changed bassed on what button i pushed. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should try next

 

If anyone else had this issue u can set all of the dip switches to the top setting and manually program the SWI just google the manual
