any tips to remove hard to grab (6) electrical connections and how on earth do i get the leverage to grab any of these coil electronics or the pos senors and the one electric clip thats in the very back driver side under the connected tube how do i get leverage im trying to change valve covers ive takin off a good bunch of the front brackets and ground but its still so tight

 

45 degree angle head needle nose pliers is my go-to for ALL wiring harnesses. You can't get these things off with bare hands normally. The pliers are used to hold down the release tab, then you can use your free hand (sometimes a little flat blade screwdriver) to pop the harness off.
