I wonder how many old school G35 owners are still on this board? People who used to be snooping around G35 info before the car was released in the US. Before G35Driver.com even existed. People who were hunting down the so called 'diamond graphite' color and people who complained about the G35 sedan doggy doors. Any old schoolers here? Besides me and Afr0puff?

The day they announced the G35 coupe at the auto show was the day I knew what car I would be driving until 2010 Many of the old schoolers here are from max.org

I swear I still have those "over the fence" shots of DG saved somewhere on my computer. LOL! Good times! That and the first "color" shots that surfaced. Someone's driveway with the black, red, and the blue that didn't look anything like CB because of the bad quality.

JUST KIDDING!!! I've learned a lot from the G vets! Thanks for the research and experience you have shared... I've been lucky to have met guys like DaveO and SoCalTed when I first got my G a little over a year ago. Also learned from post of other veteran G owners.

These days a guy has to shift through a lot of **** out here to get good info - but I'm glad those of you that have had these cars from the beginning are willing to share your knowledge.

Im semi-old school i guess....

test drove my first G35 Sedan back in 03 - didnt like the doggy door all that much - saved a lil dough - bought a G35x in Feb 04 - drove it for 8 months - sold it and got my G35 coupe - in Oct. 04.

Thats my story.

 

Not as long as some but my G Coupe just turned 3!!
