They are selling for a premium in CA. I got my '06 3 weeks ago for a little under $38,000...Auto, premium w/intelgent key, sport package, '05 spoiler and tint. A friend of mine in Long Beach is getting one but wants the 6 speed manual. My sales guy here in Dallas said they do deals for CA residents too and can have the car delivered to you there.
Wow..$46,980 That's a loaded 330ci and $5K more is getting into M3 territory.

 

I live 5 miles from miller infiniti and I can tell you they probably arent actually selling for that price, at least to most buyers. I got my 06 6MT, with NAV, for $38k, from Glendale inifiniti which is their nearest competitor.

Imagine how easy somebody will give in when they say "hey, to get you in this car today, we'll knock $5k off the sticker"...and they still make a killing.

 

i got my 4 weeks ago 36k fully loaded 6mt wo/navi with rear steer, aero, mod flaps, side moldings, trunk mat.

 

I have a 06 MT on order with EVERY option but the sat radio and door moldings for $37,854...and i am still trying to get them down...lol...
