Best kind of Fender Bender
A few weeks ago, I was sitting at a light and a woman in a late model BMW pulled up behind me. All of a sudden I feel a "nudge". She pulled right on my **** and accidentally let her foot off the brake. The scar to my bumper was small, but it was definitly there. An indent about 1" square near my licence plate.
Dealing with her insurance co. was no hassle. I used my favorite body shop and have a newly painted scratch-free de-badged (G35 emblem on right) brand new looking bumper.
This kind of damage could have easily taken place in a parking lot where I would have been left with no note (nada, zip). I would have been PO'd. Instead it worked out rather well.
Not that I would wish any kind of fender bender on anyone. This was one fender bender that was more positive than negative.

It's funny though. Since this incident, I am always checking out my rear view when stopped at a light. Recently I noticed a woman talking on her cell phone and eating while behind me. When I started up, I kept noticing that she was constantly bending over to stuff her face with more food. I actually pulled over to let her get in front of me. A little paranoia never hurts.
