The best way to deal with this is to file a report with Ebay. I am positive that there is a common protocol to resolve this.

File as soon as you can, a buddy of mine who works at the Fraud dpt. in Ebay told me this is quite common.

Best.

^^^ +1 What he said.

Also, if you paid through paypal file a claim through them as well. Show them the website that you showed us and pictures of the springs that came in the mail and the box as well. I'm sure that they will refund your product. I would also get the police involved since these are ILLEGAL knockoffs.

You should be ok. .chances are you paid with Either paypal or credit card.. and both are pretty good with resolving stuff like this..Just make sure you file a dispute ASAP.
And when you call ebay. make sure you get his phone number address or whatever

All you have to do is request for a reimbursement from Paypal because the item was not as it was described in the auction. I have had to do this twice in the last 7 years since I started using eBay. Its really no big deal, if the seller wont make you happy, just file that with Paypal, and the seller will either contact you or make it right, or Paypal will take the money back from him. :-)

The problem is that i dont know who the seller is. I am gonna have to go to my bank and see where the transaction was done and go from there.

More suggestions would be appreciated.
