Returning my lease & my used purchase need advise
Im not sure if most of you saw my post's over the last week or so but I will do a quick recap. I purchased 2 car from Fletcher Jones Chicago (benz) 1 car was a C Class benz & the other my 06 G35 coupe. I bought it through them because I was originally gona get 2 mercedes but I changed my mind.

Complaint Description:
I purchased 2 vehicles from Fletcher Jones Chicago, 1 was leased under my company name & I signed as the guarrantor & the other was purchased under my name alone. I traded in my 98 jeep cherokee for a 2003 C 240 4matic. When I originally began speaking to them I was dealing with the salesman ( Setnu Jenkins ) and I had him fax me an application. They ran my credit and told me I was a 678 fico and to come in. I went down to the dealership about 5 days later to purchase the cars. After 2 days or working on the deal they came back and told me they couldnt find my credit report. I had never heard of a company loosing my report. After a few days and they still claim they couldnt find the report I had them run a new on and it was a 609 fico. I spoke the the GM and basiclly they told me they lied about running it the 1st time. I was upside down in my truck and was forced to role over $6000 on my new car. While working on the financing I applied and was approved for a lower apr through capital one auto finance. They mailed me a blank preapproved check. I came down to the dealership and gave them the check they advised me they didnt like working with Captial One Auto Finance because they took too long. After going back and forth with them I signed the contract to send the deal to wells fargo & gave them a check for $2650 to be deposited on the 18th of april. I didnt use capital one because the check hadnt been approved yet. 3 days later I got the check approved from capital one and brought it back down to the dealership and spoke to the Finance Manager (Jack) i told him I wanted to use capital one and since it was Monday morning I knew the deal hadnt been sent out yet. He told me he didnt like dealing with Capital One and wouldnt take the approved check, he told me that I didnt have a choice I needed to go through Wells Fargo. After our conversation I spoke to ( Gene Storm ) who is the Used car director. He explained that I can use the Capital One and its not a problem. I have my business partner bring them the Blank Check from capital one that I had signed already. The only thing that needed to be completed was the dealership needed to fill it out. A few days after I thought everything was completed I received a call from Wells Fargo saying that they got the deal from the Dealership. I explained to them that was not supposed to happen and that capital one was my finance company. I went back down to the dealership and again spoke to Jack & Setnu, then again to Gene. Jack stated she sent the deal off again because he didnt want to wait for Capital One and I can deal with them. Rather than argue I spoke to Gene Storm he assured me everything is fine and he will take car of it. The capital one check will be cashed and wells fargo will be voided out. I gave them a check for $954 which is what is owed on top of the Capital one check. I explained to them not to cash the check for the $2650 I had given them for the wells fargo deal. When I asked for the check back they stated they couldnt locate the check and it was more then likely shredded. All this week and still getting calls from Wells Fargo asking about my loan with them and still in constant bebait with Fletcher Jones, the capital one check still hasnt been cashed but they have had it check for over a week. Today April 20th I checked my bank account and it is in the negative because they deposited the check for the $2650 the very same one they told me was shredded and they couldnt return it to me. My account is not completely in the negative, my loan has been falsified by sending it to a lender that I didnt approve & just constant lying by the sales team and managment staff. My other deal is as messed up as this one, I lease a 2006 G35 coupe and they damaged the car upon picked up, breaking the seat belt hindge. They advised me that they had ordered the part already and it would be in stock in just a day or 2 to bring the car back and they would take care of it. When I brought the g35 back they said the part was in stock but the wrong color so my business partner had the car washed by their porters before we left. The porter sprayed a type of acid on the wheels and It was left on for too long. By the next day my partner noticed that the wheels had begun to discolor and wasnt sure why. He contacted the dealership and the explained to him to bring the car in. He was scheduled to have a Aero body kit installed that he had purchased at the time of the sale. When we came in to show the car they explained the areo kit we purchased still wasnt in & we showed Setnu the damaged wheels. He stated he didnt handle that and he would notify the appropriate people. While we where leaving one of the salesman hit the door of the g35 scratching it, he immediatly went and told the GM ( Brian Sullivan ) and they agreed to detail the car for free and remove the scratch. After a week of waiting my partner contacted the dealership about the damage to he door, the interior and the wheels. They still offered no type of assistance only reffering him to another dept. He contacted the infiniti service dept and they looked up the parts and explained to him they hadnt been ordered yet. He called Infiniti Financial Services and the deal hadnt been submitted to them yet and it now has been 2 weeks. He also called Infiniti Consumer Affairs and filled a formal complaint after the dealership adv him that he needed to use his warranty to replace the wheels when it was the dealership themselves who damaged them. As of this morning the dealership stated they will look into the fraudulent check they deposited and also will looking to repairing the car they damaged but this isnt good enough. I have never seen a dealership with such horrible disgregard for the laws & what their customers are looking for.
Your Desired Resolution:
I do not want to continue to have any type of relationship with this dealership. I am requesting a full & complete refund of all moneys paid & to return both the 2003 C Class 240 4matic & the 2006 G35 coupe. I have already filled the formal complaints and with all the false documentation I want to take my business elsewhere

Do any of you guys have a suggestions of what I could do. I may need to find a attorney and sue there asses. I just have decided which route me and my business partner need to take.

what type of dealership is it -- a full Infiniti dealership ? if it is i would call the regional office to help you out because false documents are definitely non-binding

Here the updated! My partner went down there after work about 5pm and was able to talk to the VP who had gotten involved yesterday morning. After speaking with him he told me to bring my car in after work and everything will be taking care of. When I got there they pulled my car into the bay and spoke to the Director Gene. They had already re-done my partners deal & now they walked around my car and wrote up a We-Owe for the parts I requested. They are sending why rims out to be refinished and they said it should take about a week. I am thinking I might have them polish the lip to give them a different look & they are going to tint my windows for free. I am gona see if I can get them to lower the car too!!
