As for the rest, I don't appreciate sarcastic or weak attempts at humor from people I'm not familiar with, especially when they roll in claiming 'their friends put them up to it' and so forth. It reminds of little kids in grade school who just learned their first cuss word and can't wait to try it out on somebody.. Juvenile. YAWN.. I had time to waste (as I do now) so I responded with the impression your initial post left me with. To me, it WAS oppositional humor.
Simple.

I construed your post as overly defensive criticism, not humor.
I guess you're right, it wasn't a typographical error, it was more of my dumb *** not proof reading my thoughts as they laid out on the keyboard.
Touche' on that point.
