Random, but I forgot where in the hell I was, right off 287 at the Burger King in Queens maybe? Forgot what area since I just had to pull over to use the bathroom, and pulling out I caught the plate O NO on a blue coupe.. Instantly brought back memories, that was Neil right? So random
