46- Nice ride, I bought myself a R1 after I crashed the ZX-6R out in Cali.

Babiephat- The Bear mountain/Lake Harriman roads were the only roads I ever traveled for a "Sunday drive".

If you want to test top end, PIP was a nice place.=)
Other than that, I'm pretty tapped out on any of the roads out there.

I think I'm going to explore more of that area once the weather clears up. I'm also going to take a run up around the Catskills one of these weekends. I went snowboarding up @ Hunter a few weeks ago thinking "Gees, this road would be great during the Spring/Summer..."

I was a UCLA for a couple of years.... so Sepulveda EARLY in the morning or REALLY late at night was my personal playground for awhile. I'm sure the G woulda been great fun for that road... If I wanted to venture out... my friends and I would go way out East past San Bernardino for some crazy runs and some *cough* street racing out there...

Martin: I'll give ya a call too next time we roll... We didn't forget about you just cause you got that M3.

awesome!!! i had a conference up at west point last october when i still had my rims and my car was dropped. the roads are really nice in that area. very nice scenery and nice twisties to get the adrenaline pumpin a bit. they actually have street "gatherings" up at bear mountain during the summer nights, hehehe. there is also a nice stretch of road a bit north of bear mt. that rides right along the hudson, should be nice to cruise on a spring/summer day.

9W up there can be a lot of fun but you cant get too crazy... a few years ago, theres a Porsche performance shop that does some great custom work and some PCA cars. My friends dad raced PCA and had a quad turbo 930 which was beyond sick. I drove it as a TT so i cant imagine it after all that was done. Anyway, one of the mechanics took out a customer car that was there for some work and lost the car on 9w doing in the ballpark of 110 and obviously totalled the car and died... those curves can sneak up on you especially when you get a little caught up in the scenery... There was another one back in 95 i think with a guy test driving a Porsche racer there that killed some people when he crossed the double line into traffic... not trying to scare anyone or be morbid, but its notorius for big time accidents... be safe everyone
