hey G squad heads~ any of you in or around the area where the Brooklyn Marriott is???? right when you get off theBrooklyn or Man. bridge??? just wondering i have a friend that works in ny......but from philly.....stays in that hotel during the week......i was up there for about 4 or so days.......didn't see many G's. I live 3 blocks away from the brooklyn marriot. 5 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, my G was totalled a few weeks ago. Fortunately, I am still in one piece.

nothing really interesting or worth going to see besides maybe some brooklyn bridge scenery

yeah the promenades in Brooklyn heights is a nice area....nice to bring a girl nyway...and friends who never saw the Manhattan skyline view from there. Most have seen it though. If not in person, then on NYC postcards. Most NYC skyline postcards are photographed from there. There's also the world famous Gleasons Boxing Gym (I am putting 3 of my nephews and 1 niece through this place during their summer breaks starting this year). I always see Zab Judah training there lately. Smith street area is an ever-changing neighborhood. Nice hip crowd there.
