Wake... Don't worry about parallel parking close to the curb. You'll learn like the rest of us to park like a foot away just for insurance. lol
Better yet, if you're ever in a parking lot... my car is the one in the FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR corner by its lonesome self. Didn't the "Parking 101" come with ya G?!

NJFastestG... yes, priorities come first!! Modding is an expensive hobby... so make sure to take care of business and important **** first! Then... go NUTS!! haha...

It's been a month since my last mod.. and I feel an itch coming on already. Might need to scratch it... lol

Looks like I'll be rolling on the stock 18s after all, as I'm having problems locating a Nitto tire. No one carries them in stock and it'll have to be special-ordered.

Bummer

damn this MOD BUG....mine is itching like crazy
i cant decide if i want to get a system (probably infinity basslink) or something exterior (im not into performance stuff honestly because the car is powerful enough and unfortunately no one knows by looking at the outside of ur car that its got sumtin under the hood - but i will be getting a ztube/pop charger in the near future), also its a lease....

i MAY be buying a UTR Grill from Mike @ the Meet. I may even leave it black to match my wheels...i dont know i wanna slap it on that day and decide....

anyone got any tips how to affix the infiniti logo inside the UTR Grill?

sorry for the thread hijack lol

and dan - dont worry bout ur wheels for this saturday, get them set up the right and safe way and then show 'em off!
good luck - and congrats they look great!

Speed, since you wont be rolling on the new shoes, you can still bring em and I can take them to Jon's guy to have them cleaned up for ya! I'm off from work all next week......I think Jon mentioned it would be about $60 per wheel to redo the lips! Come on Speed, I know you wanna! LOL Seriously no sweat...just have Jon give the guy at Carsmetics a call first cuz I am sure he would get a better price then me.!

I appreciate it bro, but since I'm kind'a tight on "dough" right now, I probably should use the spare money to get some rubber first... But I think I'll bring the blown-rear one with me to have Paul check it out and see if he can hook me up with somethin'.

Hey Dan, FYI I've used these guys before and they're great! Very nice work!
They're located in PA, and turn around usually takes anywhere from a week to 10 days with shipping back and fourth.

I've also used wheels america (the shop in Farmingdale around the corner from Adventure Land off RT 110) but have had mixed results. They do decent work on OEM wheels, but don't take your aftermarket stuff there!

Last but not least, Lou at Carsmetics is your man if you need anything polished out! His work is awesome! I've worked with him several times on various projects (bikes and cars) and I'm always impressed with his work.

Oh and although this may not be something you need, others reading this post may want to know since we're on the subject of refinishing wheels, those of you who want your wheels powder coated, you cant beat the prices and service of Acme Powder Coating located out east on Long Island. Check them out...
