This was one bitch of a trial to prep, I had two cops who had COMPLETELY differing stories of what happened on the night of a bad DWI accident. I mean, one cop obviously was thinking about a different case and I had to pick which one was the less senile based on the paperwork and victim's account. Oh yeah, the cops were PARTNERS!
