IMO, I think that whoever was the previous wienerman of each Hooters meet should choose who will be the next weinerman at each future meet.

Although people post up that they are going to the meet, one never knows who is in attendance till we actually meet. If planning out ahead of time and if that person does not show is not a good thing, then there is a scramble for who is it. If played out correctly it will be a suprise to everyone except whoever was the previous weinerman which should add a little mystery unto itself.
