For all those going to HIN (September 9-11, 2005) in Atlantic City, NJ...

I got a block of 10 rooms for us at the Sheraton AC Convention Center Hotel. It is $189/night with a 2-night minimum stay. You must check-in Friday night (9/9/05) and check-out (9/11/05). If you are only staying one-night, you will need to make other arrangements and/or it will be a higher rate at this hotel.

Terms & Conditions:

• They will accept reservations up to 5pm on Friday, Aug. 19th. Then whatever is left will be released.
• There is a $75 early departure fee.
• Each room, the guest(s) will be responsible for their own guest room, tax & incidental charges upon checkout.
• A credit card guarantee or a deposit equal to one night's stay is required.
• Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 12pm
• Parking overnight: $15 for valet / $10 for self park per day

You can call 1-888-627-7212 and tell them you are with the NYG Squad (Car Club).

When you have made your reservation, please post here and let me know how many rooms you will be occupying. If we need more, I will see what I can do.

Sorry this is taking so long. I have all the info ready to post, but the hotel's reservation department is a little understaffed, so she is getting it done as fast as she can.

The lady I have been speaking with said we should be ok on Friday, so I will post up then. Thanks for your patience (even though I know most of you are guys). :P LOL

 

OK OK, just to keep you updated.

I called today and they are getting it in to the system by tomorrow. I will let you know so you can all call up at the same time and flood their lines. LOL

I know Jimmy, I smoke myself but most don't...There will be easy access to have a cig. Hopefully the windows open...Shhhhhhhhhhhh!
