LMAO - Congrats again!!! Is wifey going to let you "keep" any of the residual rent $$ for mods? LOL

If you ever need hand moving or fixing up the house, just gimme a ring. You supply the food n drink, I'll supply the labor! No sweat!

LMAO bro ! thanks man

Being the good and honest guy I am, I would never imagine to bother my good buddies with 6 inch snow. F**k that, I'll wait for a real bada$$ storm that will dump some 2 feet!!! Then I'll get your a$$es here...

Getting there is a real piece of cake, especially for someone like you, who's been traveling on the Merritt back and forth in the last couple of months...

And as to your question - no, unfortunately we'll be moving in with only a few suitcases. Any money saved from now and until the time we move in will need to be spent on furnishing the house. But that's ok; I'm already researching some 51"-55" plasma flat panel brands/models for my home theatre setup. Gotta get ready for those G-Squad football weekends

Nice shack mate! Same reason I am stock too. The mortgage and other bills eats all my mod money!

Dan, sooooooooo much greenery everywhere and land. Must be really tranquil. I could just see a whole squad bbqing on that deck. Anyways, thats the smartest and wife=friendly mod you will ever do. Congrats

I think a 4x4 quad with a plow would come before the lift! Or a lawn tractor with plow option however that isn't nearly as fun!

Thanks guys for the kind words

Nope, that's Stamford, Connecticut - about 20 minutes from the NY Stateline.
