Tobayfest in March This Year?

I just got an email from this website http://autostreamfilms.com/tobayfest6.html that says that Tobayfest is March 19th this year! Isn't that a month earlier than last year? Anyone plan on going to it again? Kinda sucks rolling out on snow tires!
