A 2 year old vehicle in a bad economy is at least worth $5000 less than the market price of a brand new car at minimum.
yep... no one wants to take the loss... but...

Again, I am offering a $1000 incentive to assume my lease. That makes your first two payments basically free. Lease assumptions through IFS are at no cost.
Why don't you just return the leased car because I seriously doubt people are going to pay that price for a used 2007 G35 when a brand new 2008 G35 (identically optioned) would cost the same?

Doesn't the fact that you have been trying to sell this car for nearly 5 months tell you that it is priced incorrectly for a used 2007 versus what you could get a brand new 2008 G35 for?

Search the autotrader and you will see my price is in the middle of the pack.

This car has lower mileage and is better condition than most available.

If you are not interested or you don't have something positive to add, stay out!

Good luck with the sale but you should know something. If you actually had this thing advertised for 5 months so far, you need to consider the rate of depreciation you are taking also. You might be losing $300-$500 per month just in decpreciation.

Thanks for the info....although I understand the car market fine without help from you or anyone else.

This posted started 10/27/08. That is just over 3 months if I still understand the calendar ok.

My original asking price was 29,500.

Anyone else have an opinion they would like to voice. Might as well get it out now in this thread so no one else has to deal with this crap.

That's what they are asking.

Sellers do not necessarily GET what they ASK especially in times like these.
