05 coupe blk on blk with 28k in Ga

ok as much as it pains me i'm trying to buy a house and need to sell my g35
it is in excellent conditions and i've always used mobil 1 oil and factory parts
for maint. the only thing the car needs would be a good set of tires, the ones on the car have at least 75% life but i did not get the suspension upgrades and alignment until it was to late. so they are chopped.

bose audio w/XM satelite radio
10.5 inch boston acoustic sub
NRG mono amp w/custom bass remote
leather seats
sunroof
hid headlights
19 inch wheels factory
fujita short ram intake
blox 1/2 inch spacer
hotchkis sways front and rear
stillen cat back true dual exhaust
upper control arms (front)
rear camber kit
alignment by professional nissan
specialist
28.456 miles

i'm sure someone looking for a great car would be happy with this one, i just
can't afford my payment and a mortgage so the car has to go, i owe 26.900.00 on the car and the one thing i can say is with these mods and mileage you won't find a cleaner car, adult driven.

Sorry to say, but you need to drop the price about $6,000 for anyone to consider it. Thank the economy for that.
Very nice looking car! Good luck with sale.

i respect what you are all saying and i do relize this but unfortunatly i can't make up the difference from what i owe. so i may have to end up keeping it, i think this economy sucks, this car is only 3 years removed from a 40k plus msrp and it's very frustrating.

believe me when i say i understand, i can't expect someone to overpay for the car, but at the same time a 6k hit hurts, especially right now.

Yeah. You may just want to keep the car. People arent even selling the car for 21,let alone for this much with the same equipment, miles, and condition. Its a bad time to sell with the economy and christmas. Put it up for sale in spring or summer. One thing is for sure though, 26k is not going to work for an 05...maybe a year ago, but not now. I wish you the best of luck though
