you obviously know absolutely nothing about cars or issueing titles, why dont you go read and knowledge yourself a little before putting that into someone's thread.

if insurance asks their customer if they would like to salvage the car they can take a certain percent of the damage and claim it totaled. if the bumper a fender and a new headlight were replaced tell me how much that would have costed in 2004. thats an estimated 10k after labor, paint, partss, shipping, and installation by nissan. if insurance issues the title its a whole different story. i have the carfax on it.
