bc someone may not be able to come up with all the cash. So I take the car plus cash and just trade the g35 in on something else. I might make it easier for some people. I have no intentions of keeping a stock g35

Honestly it may be worth your effort to post it over on MyG37.com you may get a taker. If I hadnt put so much work into my G37 already, I would definatly do it.
