Me too! And if you end up selling some stuff separately, I've got 10 in cash. I'm worried about selling the SUV and then ending up with no vehicle for a few weeks if I can't find anything. I'm almost thinking about just going to a dealer and doing it as a trade + my cash, but their prices are just *so* absurd from what I can tell!
