I'm finally buying my first house this weekend. It was a last minute find, so unfortunatley, I'm going to have to sell my car as soon as possible. Here are the details:

05 G35 Coupe, 6MT, DG, Navigation, Aero package with Spoiler, Clear Bra, Black leather, 5.5k miles, and 6 months old with dealer service records (oil change). Excellent condition!

KBB says it's worth $32k trade-in and $35k private party. I'm willing to let it go for $32.5k. I'm located in Columbia, Maryland. If you're also interested, I'm willing to sell my winter wheels and tires for $499 (MB Motorsports Weapon with Avon all season tires - 17x8 235/50/17 all around).

Thanks for everyone's interest in my car. I've decided to apply for a mortgage while keeping my car payment. If I qualify, I'll have to seriously consider keeping the car. I paid $39k out the door six months and 5.5k miles ago. I love the car and will try to keep it if I can. My dad gave me his 1998 Mercury Sable station wagon with >110k miles on it, and that made me really depressed. So, I got permission from my wife to try to keep the car and apply for the mortage. We'll see how it goes. If it turns out that I'll have to sell the car, I'll let everyone know. Thanks for being patient.

 

Good luck with that man! I'm actually about to buy land and build a house for myself... no way i'm selling my car though!
