I can't beleive you spent so much money on useless mods like this. But then again that's just me.

That's right man - it's just you. If you're figuring to hang around this forum for a while, you might want to get used to the idea that opinions are like asses - everyone has one. But, when you express your opinion the way you have here, you're going a long way towards proving that YOU are an ***. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it's stupid, or useless. I'd hardly call it a "ricer" type mod, it's an appearance mod, just like rims, tinting, or numerous other minor alterations that individualize an automobile to suit it's owner.

If you don't like that, I might suggest another forum.

Now, my question to weslutes... Dude, gotta say I think the black chrome looks very choice. But... black coupe, black chrome everywhere... why no tint? That's the final touch, dude... gotta black out the windows, too, no? Also, didn't really see in the pics, did you black chrome the rims as well? Man, I've gotta think that'd look sweeeeet.

Conquie,

"YOU are an ***. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it's stupid, or useless. I'd hardly call it a "ricer" type mod, it's an appearance mod, just like rims, tinting, or numerous other minor alterations that individualize an automobile to suit it's owner."

What's up? Did I touch a nerve on this subject for you? Not once did I say anything bad about this to "weslutes". All I said was it's kind a waste of money to do something like this. I didn't even say I didn't like it. If you read on the other response there was no hate intended. And yes you are right I am entitled to my own opinion. That's what I mean't when I said "it's just me". And where did I mention about this being a ricer mod? Is this your opinion? Don't put words in my mouth because it's clear that it came from yours.

One more thing I will post any message I want anywhere I want. If you can't handle it maybe you should be the one who should go to another forum.

Anyways, move on don't let it eat you to much it's just an opinion. Like you said "opinions are like asses - everyone has one".

Okay-- I'm just going to clear something up that's been bugging the heck out of me. It's "Opinions are like a$$holes: everyone has one, and they all stink". Pardon my anality in correcting cliche English phrases Thank you.

Bro, you can buy Night Shades in Napa or whatever autoparts store you have near you. It's a spraycan of tint. You just have to apply a few coats and it will make it darker and darker each time but the lights can still shine through it.

Yeah you can buy it at Napa, at least the one by me sells it. Here it is. http://www.pjhbrands.com/vht/nightshades.htm When I used it the first coat is very light. Let that dry for a few minutes and then spray on another coat. Keep doing lights coats over and over again until it gets to the darkness that you want. Make sure to do lights coats so it doesn't drip.

Re: blacked out everythig

Do you have the name of the guy who did your grill? I like the look and will have some gunmetal rims soon on my DG coupe with tint, and think the dark grill will be a nice addition....I mean EVERYONE around here in north OC seems to have DG coupe.....I don't think its usless waste of money if I can find my car in parking lot next to other G's.
(couldn't resist ....)...

Re: blacked out everythig

It does seem like I was taxed, but ask any dealer to do this for you.Or go buy some "cheesie" spray paint(no offense to anyone).I spent top dollar for high quality paint which has a thick durable clear coat that was heat treated several times.I don't think I'll ever apply any spray paint to my G.I'd like to paint those plastic looking mirror pieces black & my clear corners painted transparent black.
Hey,I do have tint.Just not that dark,I don't want any extra attention. The tint place left the matrix untouched about 3" long in the back.I have dark back three windows & light tint on the sides.
I can't wait for my Volk 19" gunmetal LE37's w/SO3's instead of these bling-bling chrome 17"rims.
All my pups were sold to loving owners I met over the internet,I'm watching the last one for my friend who bought him but will be back tomorrow. It was so fun watching them grow.Everyones got to check them out in "off topic"under "pug puppies".
gtorres---your sig is krip
Thanks for the input guys!!
