Clutch problems

Well last week i went on my senior trip to south padre island (lots of fun BTW), and when i was gone my dad drove my 04 6mt. when i get back on sunday i go for a little ride in my car. i am driving pretty aggresevely (spelling) and i start to notice that my clutch is slipping. so my dad my car down to dealership and say that my clutch is burnt and that i need a new one. So what is a good clutch to get i did research and found ACT, RPS, JWT, and Nismo have good clutches. Which is the best? Would any of you suggest a carbon cluth? Pros and Cons of one. Also when i started to drive my car i wasnt that good at driving a standard so i grind my gears some.. would it be worth it have the dealership look at the tranny to make sure that it is ok. sorry for it being so long. i am just worried about my baby. thanks for the addvice.
