best way to take off with AT???

i was wondering what is the fastest way to take off the line with an automatic? plus whats the best times you guys have with auto's

I think the quickest reported time on this forum was 0-60 in 6.027 seconds. The driver said to use brake-boost at like 2,000-2,500rpm and to use the manu-matic shift feature.

If racing I would not use manumatic, the auto shifts will give you the best times
