Depends.. If they can prove that your grounding wire kit, exhaust, or intake was the cause of your failure then the dealer can refuse work and void your warranty.

just take the VIN down and bring your registration with your license and your local infiniti dealer should be able to give you a printout of all of your warranty history and you'll be able to find out how much longer your warranty is gona last (or if its voided). btw if it was a trade in.. i suggest asking for the OEM parts

Actually Dealers would be delighted to work on any potential warranty work, but they are reimbursed for their efforts from the factory. Now if the Dealer believes that there is some question that the factory will honor the warranty claim, they may refuse to work on the car. If it's a gray area it may depend upon the relationship you have with the Dealer. If they know you well and you had your car serviced there, they will probably go to bat for you. Otherwise, they will probably tell you to take a walk.

The usual mods of intake and exhuast are almost never questioned. They are seen these days as expected on most cars. There is always a chance of hassles, but the odds are in your favor.

Quite low problem mods.....Just make sure they're installed properly....you should be fine.
