Hey all...I was reading on the nissan website and they state that the 350z will have a NEW color for late availability..."Liquid Aluminum" Anyone seen this color or have any idea what it will look like? I am guessing it will be an in between color of the brilliant silver and the diamond graphite...NO?

 

That's crazy. They should make a deep yellow

Haven't seen it yet, but I'm betting it is the same as the G35's Desert Platinum.

 

There are a couple of owners. Its supposed to resemble the 10k paint job on the original show cars. Nowhere near desert platinum.

Liquid aluminum is supposed to be in the middle of the two, but nissan will have you believe its the 10k paint job.

The first pic does look like it's made from polished aluminum. Wonder how it looks in person...

It's actually the same color as the first production-model G35 at all the auto shows - also, it's the same one that's in the original brochure for the G35 Sport Coupe
