Switched intakes?

Currently i have a z-tube/pop-charger setup on my car, but seeing some of the pics of the injen has made me want to switch to the Injen CAI. Have any of you guys/grls switched from a pop-charger to a injen, if soo is there a big difference between the two(as far as performance, sound)? Also the filter on the injen dosent look the nicest, would my pop-charger filter work on it??

Pop charger vs. CAI

Of course a CAI would be better than a pop-charger. What you have now is equivalent to a short ram intake, and you are comparing it to a cold air intake setup, so of course the cold air intake would be better. You will get around 5 more bhp out of it, and the sound the intake produces should be deaper, or the same. You could replace the filter on the ingen intake with the pop-charger's, but it's just an air filter so, it wont make any difference. Don't get the Ingen intake though. Either go for the nismo one or go AEM.

I switched from a Z-tube/KN settup to a K&N Typhoon which is similar to the INjen....I liked the sound since it had more resonance. Performance difference??? I couldn't tell...> not worth the expense.

I disagree where do you get 5hp from a longer intake tube if any you will loose torque. Injen is over rated other than sound there will be no big difference.
