From previous dynos it seems like the norm in hp:
all autos 220s
03-04 6mt 230s
05-06 6mt 240s

Yeah that seems to be right judging from most of the G Dynos I've seen.

Nobody is asking the most important question!

Nobody is asking the most important question!

And I did not see any dyno charts. What was your peak RPM?

Remember, 200 lbs of torque at 6000 RPM equals 228 horsepower.

195 lbs of torque (non-MREV coups have torque curves flat as a board) at 7200 RPM equals 267 horsepower.

Torque x RPM
----------------- = HP

Manual vs Auto Tranny

A good manual transmission should offer 75% on the rear. Good automatics up to 70%. Your numbers should definitely be satisfying.

I think your numbers are kinda low. Ive personally seen many bone stock G35's dynoed and from my experience I can say that the numbers should be around:

Rev-up: 230-240 hp, 210-220 tq

Non Rev-up (autos): 215-230 hp, 200- 215 tq.

with z-tube and exhaust (not dual) I dynoed 246hp and 242tq with my non-revup 6MT sedan on dynojet.
on auto the dyno #s are very inconsistant, on 6MT i have seen anywhere from 230-255 stock.

Those numbers SAE corrected or Standard? Hot ambient air temps regardless, robs HP. Try it again on a much cooler day.

06 MT stock, temp in the mid to upper 80's:
237/215 with Calif emission tuning and crappy 91 oct.
I'm sure in other states with less emission restrictions and higher oct they have, my numbers would've been better.

Haha good thing you didn't get on a Mustang Dyno. My numbers on that were terrible. 189hp ATW and 190LBS TQ stock. But that is a load based dyno that is extremely stingy. The Vortech added 100HP and 100LBS TQ ATW.

I'll second the props to the guys at AMS. They had another dyno day yesterday. My numbers were a little lower than I expected but I've never dynoed the G so I have no basis for comparison. A stock (well, with z-tube only) '06 G35c 6MT threw down 248/225 on the same dyno/same day.

'06 G35c 6MT
MREV+
Stillen CAB
HKS Hi-Power Ti
91 octane
74 degrees
23% humidity
Dynojet

251HP & 235 LB/FT
