I voted "not sure" but I think it won't be a worthy mod. To me, I think that part of the G that you covered up is part of what makes its lines sexy. In the right light, the curves really show up and makes it look like a big muscle.

Then there are a few panzies who took the question as an attack on their manhood. I realize that the internet provides some of the weaker among us some degree of anonymity, but if you can not offer your opinion without a flaming demonstration of your ignorance, please spare the rest of us from having to pass over your useless drivel. I simply asked what ya'z thought of this idea. What I got was a mixture of inteligent dialog and what I like to call "Lets show everyone what an ignorant a$$ I am" I thought g35 owners were a classy bunch but I can see that simply owning a nice car doesn't give you class.

Whoa... It was like I was playing photohunt with the 2 pix. I think it messes up the lines of the car. Almost makes it look more dated. just my 2 cents.

 

k now i see what im looking at, before i was still looking at the rear window but it looks as though there is this very very small wing thing thats comming out from the rear window..idk what it is?? does anyone else see it

 

I think it looks good. Kinds of messes with the window flow, but not necessarily in a bad way.

As for the mod, I can take it or leave it. It's so subtle it would prbably go unnoticed except to someone very familiar with the car.

 

SKYLINE don't be discouraged, I know that was a lot of work just measuring & cutting the vinyl. If you're uncertain of the way a newly fabricated mod is going, just keep working on it. At least your thinking outside of the box...and not limiting yourself to just buying off the shelf mods like a lot of people on this forum!

These are the Carbon Fiber C-Pillar Pieces I fabricated a while back. They're more rounded and a little more subtle.
IMO...I always thought that the abrupt Vertical C-Pillar that helped define the strong shoulders & good looks of the G35 Sedan, didn't work as well on the Coupe.
I think they accentuate the Coupes sleek profile while helping the rear window trim pieces to retain their lines...
