How do I remove the front liscense plate assembly?

I took out the outer frame...but the black plate in the back was also bolted on with 2 screws within 2 white locks which keep the plate in place. I removed both screws...but the white locks were still there...how should I remove them? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Agreed. You will have two holes visible and you don't want that. You can always pop in some black screws but it won't look that good. The other option is to re-fiberglass the front to cover the holes but it's costly.

I took off the front plate and put in bumper plugs.

www.bumperplugs.com

There ridiculously overpriced, but I did it anyway

Yea, the front thing pissed me off. Not only do I have big ugly wholes in the bumper, but the dealer messed up on the screws holding the other part in. So the short screws chipped the paint off the front end. So I have 4 marks on the front bumper. Im going to take it back to repair the paint damage.
