II. Shipping: Shipping charges are not refundable in any situation. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to xxxxxxx, including defective products.
Similar to a walk-in store, Best Buy will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, xxxxxxx will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

You want good product, good price, good service, no hassle returns, free shipping, blah blah.
GO TO A RETAIL STORE. INTERNET PURCHASES ARE NOT FOR YOU!!
From years of experience selling **** online,
Some people are simply not suited to purchase anything online, they complain and whine, nothing will satisfy them. It's useless arguing with them.
They need to learn this
"YES! THE POLICIES/RULES APPLY TO YOU TOO! YOU ARE NOTHING SPECIAL"
Good luck with your business, Chad and Bat.

and once more i'll reiterate...this is not about the refund...or about the quality of the product even though i was honest in my opinion of it... this is 100% about the level of service i received when i told the vendor of my dissatisfaction with my purchase...
that said, i'm as much entitled to my opinion of bat's product and service as you are to yours... i lived it; you haven't.

Why should he be responsible for the installer?
When you received the product, you saw the quality of the vinyl,
if it didn't meet your expectations, why didn't you return it?
Lets say your aftermarket stereo installer made a scratch on your interior, are you gona go cry to infiniti about it? and ask them a full refund on your car?
Service from bat? sorry, I didn't need that.
I screwed up my own installation while blow drying the vinyl, so now the other piece is sitting in my garage. did I go cry to bat about it? or mentioned anything? No, cause it was my fault!
Grow a *****, baby.

I can't believe I had to read through all that crap and still didnt learn ANYTHING about these overlays. ![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Chad, just curious as to whether you're only working on 2006 lights or ealier models as well (if you already answered that I apologize I was trying to skim through all of the non-relevant stuff and possibly could have overlooked something).
I like the fact there is an actual line between the circles and I like how dark they are (would look nice on my BO, especially if it was solid black but I'm not sure of the legalities of that). I never finished installing my bat overlays because of these to reasons. (I LOVE the solid black headlight overlays I bought from him though) the tail lights were just too light for my taste.
Interested in seeing how your's come out Chad. And nothing against your's either Bat,
different people like different looks, and with competition comes more choices/creativity and better overall products.

to answer your question Dakkerz, i'm currently finishing up the final product for the 2006 tails and will be working on the 03-05 next. There will be 3 different tint levels (light, medium and dark). The pricing hasn't been set yet because i might be changing materials for the best look possible. By the way...what happened to my thread ![Frown](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Bat- you make a damm good product..there are a bunch of people that come into my dealership with your overlays and they look frikin sweet. Keep it up. Got any for a 2005 Altima that you want to get rid of
