That raised padding in the driver's seat is there to place a bit of pressure on your prostate, giving you an increased feeling of having to urinate. It's to discourage you from sitting in the seats too long. It was a cheaper fix than redesigning the seats/seat control.

Blackmt I have experienced what you experienced. I'm willing to place my ***** on the line to say it. The seats are somewhat narrow. Maybe all these years of soccer, ice hockey and muay thai made my legs too big.

No briefs for me. It overheats the meat.

I've pinched a nut more than once getting into the too narrow coupe seat - though I was too ashamed to admit it prior to this thread. I think it catches on the left side bolster as I'm sliding in, then CRUNCH! it goes against my leg.

I'm a boxer guy too - no changing that - so I guess that's the chance we take. I do take my time getting in now EVERY time.

You must be heavy... I am also 6'4" with a 36" waist... Im only 210lbs. I have no problems sitting in the car. My legs don't really fit within the boundaries of the sides of the seats but it's not that bad.

I wear briefs haha.. no way I would wear boxers... I would hurt myself constantly if I did. Seriously...

Now that we have discussed this, alot of yall are going to notice some "BALL" discomfort as you drive. Next time when you buy a car you'll be sure to ask, "has anyone ever complained about ball pain while driving in this seat.....", im sure they will give you a serious answer.

Oh I can see this playing out already......

"Hey John (arbitrary name for salesperson). You ever hear guys complaining about ball pressure?" John says "does that have something to do with the suspension?" You say "Ahhh...not exactly. You know when you sit down and your hand baggage gets pinched between the rails?"
