I tried looking for a DIY on this forum and on 6mt.net, but couldn't find one (I did searches on both sites).

Could anyone give me a quick rundown/procedure on how to install the clear sidemarkers (I just ordered them today, should be coming in in 2 weeks or so)? I'm guessing its really easy... but I'd just like something to follow while i'm doing it.

I don't have mine yet, but i have taken off my orange ones before....

they jost pop right off and back on!
Pull up on them from the wheel well side.
unplug the power, switch to the news ones pop them in and you should be good.

hope this helps, and mabye someone that has done it already can verify, and clear up my instructions!

LOL, probably the easiest installation to do in the world.

1. Pop off stock side-markers (they just pop right out, pull them from the wheel well)
2. Remove stock bulb and put in the amber one that was included with your side markers.
3. Twist the housing into the new side marker
4. Pop your new side marker in.. DONE :P

then have them painted transparent black.the clear corners w/the orange bulbs are better looking than the orange markers when painted because you can't see any orange through the paint.

why would you ask how to install this. Its real easy man dont trip about this. Just to take it out first pull towareds the front of the car and bring the back out.

haha ok ok... thanks for the help guys... I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to try to pry that sidemarker out of the socket and end up shattering it and possibly slitting my wrists or even worse scratching my car ;-) payce~
