What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
Re: What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
You got a good deal, but you didn't mention how long your lease is for, and your annual mileage.
I got screwed with:
$499 a month with $8k down
24 month lease
12k per year
Looking back on it, I got screwed on the money factor (too high), and I put too much money down. They also screwed me on the fact its a 24 month lease, not a 36+ lease. I wanted short term though.
I think I'll make back most of what I lost when I buy the car at the end of the lease. The residual is ridiculously low on this car, and I'm sure it will hold its value better than they calculated.

Re: What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
I paid cash for mine so no payments.
However, my mother bought an 03 sedan with premium package, navigation package, 6 MT w/ sport wheels and the aero package plus splash gaurds, trunk mat, tint and lo jack. Paid 5000 down with 375 per month for four years. 16 something due at the end if she wants to buy. Ended up with about 200 under invoice.
04 Sedan. Obs. Black W/ Willow. Premium, Navigation, Sport Tuned. 35% Tint on sides, 20% back, Hyper-Ground kit and Stillen high flow on delivery.

Re: What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
My residual is $24k. The MSRP I paid was $37.6k.
Is the car going to depreciate almost $14k in 2 years and 24k miles? Maybe. Maybe not. I estimate it will be worth about $27k at the end of the lease. In just 20 months I'll see if I'm right.

Re: What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
5K down, $505 per month @ 48 months, and 60K on the mileage. Residual is right at 17K.
I needed the extra mileage because the coupe was originally going to be my wife's car. She commutes 120 round trip a day. 2 days after we bring it home, she decides she wants to keep her Accord Coupe. So, I had to sell my Maxima and the G became mine. Good for me! But now I'm paying $20 a month for extra mileage that I don't need. Oh well.

I put nothing down (got a rip-off $1200 for trade-in though ); $499/month, 48 months, 60K miles. I don't recall the residual, however.

Re: What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
hey there - really curious as to how you got $400/mos with zero down? That works out to $19 200 after 4 years...and if the residual is around $17 000...that means after the lease you can own the car for almost the under MRSP price if you were to buy it NEW. Is Infiniti even making a penny off this deal? It doesn't really add up is what I'm saying. I mean if you did get it for that price - awesome.
In turn - I am in Canada and I got what I thought was the best deal out there in my area. I had around $3000 taken off my Silverstone 6MT price - also no NAVI/Aero(In Canada my car is $47 000 CAN = $35,282.64 USD) because we know the owner of the dealership. I put zero down - paid $2500 on day of delivery(Freight,PDI,first month, taxes, licences etc.) which equals $1877 USD. And every month I pay the equivalent of $595USD/month to drive it for 48 mos/98 000 kms. The buy back is around $26 000 CAN in 4 years. What does all this mean - dang I don't know - hoping someone can shed some light for me. I thought I had a good deal until I looked at my American friends...

$525/mo (including 7.5% sales tax) for 39 months $0 down. Dealer said best rate is for 39 months with preferred credit (Fico score 700 or better). Also gave me excellent check for my bimmer based on Edmunds TMV. No hassles, $800 off MSRP. I am in heaven...

Re: What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
$490 per month for 4 years. $1,000 drive off, 12,000 miles a year. Right now I am WAAAAY under on the mileage. I have been traveling too much! Residual is 51% or $17,595. I think I got a whale of a deal. I never keep a car anyway so I lease all my cars.
Re: What are everyones' payments like for a lease?
Mine was $3k down, $439 for 39 months @ 39,000 miles. Residual was about $22k-$23k.
