That blows. Sorry for your luck. And people wonder why insurance is so high. Hopefully your insurance co will go after this turd.

Good luck to you. I just had an accident myself. Jerk off taxi driver.

Definitely too many idiots driving. If you need advice let me know. I think I have the hang of the processes with insurance.

SUE HIM FOR DIMINISHED VALUE AND NEGLIGENCE!!! Since he did commit a crime, I think punitive damages will hold up in court...I don't know I just think you should be compensated ant not suffer from another's stupidity..

On a happier note, we can kind of be glad that this idiot hit the almight G instead of some kid on the street, things would've gone sour real quick with these kind of inconsiderate people. You saved a life today!

I would make him pay for damages. I wouldn't sue unless you really are hurt.

Condolences for the G my friend. I know my heart hurts even when I see a scratch on a G.

When I was 11 my dad wouldn't teach me how to drive. So one day I stole the keys to one of the cars, started it and remembering how he drove, pressed the clutch, put it in 1st and released the clutch. The bad part was the garage door was closed. Man those old Range Rovers were damn strong. Took out the whole door. I'm still trying to live that down

Going to let the insurance handle that part of it, but if they decide not to i may go ahead do it myself.

Keeping cool was the best thing i could have done the guy had had few drinks i could smell it on his breath, and he knew he messed up and would have taken all that out on me, didn't feel like getting into something that was easily avoided, but i would have defended myself no matter what. Sometimes cool heads prevail, and it pisses the other guy off sinced he couldn't get the reaction he wanted.

I'm sure they'll suspend the license, but what good will it do if he has no common sense to let an 11 yr old drive a car on a busy street on a Friday night, besides they impounded his car for 30days .

Thanks for the condolences, means alot, so with crossed fingers i'll see the adjuster today and all will go well and hopefully have the car back soon.
