Never really noticed how stiff my pedal is until I drove two '04s (same mileage as mine) and a new '06. My clutch pedal feels like crap; almost like a cable clutch! It also vibrates over 2,000 RPM which is very annoying.

Took the car to the dealer. Dealer said that they couldn't replicate the problem (duh). Took the car back again, let the service manager drive the car for 15 minutes. He finally admitted that the clutch didn't feel right, was too stiff and could feel the vibrations. He felt that the pressure plate might need replacing.

He was concerned that if we ripped the car apart, and that no problems were visible, that Nissan/Infiniti wouldn't warranty the car. The car was purchased new from that dealer, always serviced on time since brand new. The car has been driven gingerly. No modifications done to the car. If they try to make me pay for a clutch I'm afraid I might lose it on them!

What else could be wrong? Flush and bleed the clutch master cylinder?
It's driving me up the wall! HELP!!
