*PICS* Should I black out my aftermarket 20" rims
Re: *PICS* Should I black out my aftermarket 20" rims
the flat black you have in the pic looks really bad.
how about black chrome the whole wheel? or consider something like the finish on our oem 18" wheels.
Re: *PICS* Should I black out my aftermarket 20" rims
Leave em. Don't ruin the rims. The black just doesn't look good in my opinion on any car.

Do it man black em out it looks good, take a look at the blacked out rims on the new porsches. i think its going to be the new style, not ghetto at all...if anything chromed out rims are ghetto. and plus you solve the little brake dust problem

i think the black rims look great with the polished lip and centercap...not ghetto at all. i like the black chrome idea like fluffydot said. but everyone has their own opinion. do what you want.

Here's a pic. of my factory 18's partially blacked. Much as you, I'm getting mixed reviews.

By the way, what does "Ghettoed" mean anyway? I've seen as much "bad taste" in the suburb's as I've seen in the poor area's of town. I've seen nice Mercedes in poor areas but nobody calls them "suburbed".
