anyone know any good car wax shops can do a good wax job for under $100? My car has a lot of swiff marks.

Under $100??? Sorry to say that if you want to REMOVE swirls, that will not happen for under $100. I wouldn't trust anyone that would do it for that. The only thing you may get away with is having someone HIDE the swirls with a glaze and sealer but after a month, you will see the swirls again.

You can buy a PC and the polishes and pads that you will need for a little over $200 and do it yourself. This is probably the cheapest and best route for ya!

The cheap places will probably just use a rotary and in unskilled hands will yield only more swirls and halograms in addition to rmeoving more paint then needed.

You can try to PM G35Stilez. He is a mobile detailer in CT but travels to LI. I don't know what he woudl charge but I can gurantee you it will be over $100.

I advise you buy the PC, pads, polishes, etc and do it yourself. You can't really mess anything up with the PC. Go on www.autopia.org to learn more. There is enough information on there to give any first timer a great education for their first time out!

note: wax alone wont take out swirls... what you're looking for is a minor detail.

i agree with diesel, the best way is to buy a porter cable, get an orange pad and some polish and follow the directions, its actually quite easy to do but takes time... i suggest claying the area first to strip off wax.
