rear "aero package" bumper???

what is this, i called my infiniti body shop about a new rear bumper for my 6mt and he asked if i had Aero package. I do but this only involves the front lip, rear spoiler and the underneath things to reduce drag. What is this 1100 dollar "aero" bumper? he said the other normal bumbper is about 300 or so.

I made sure he knew i was NOT talking about the front bumper too.

OK, here is what i have, an '06 6MT with Premium Package, Aero package and Sports Package. I wen through a lot deciding on what packages I wanted and I don't recall anything about different rear bumpers ever. I am well aware of the two type of front bumpers.

The thin is that he quoted two different prices. He said the REAR bumper aero package is about 1100 dollars and the normal, standard REAR bumper was around 300 dollars.

Eh, I dunno, just gonna go up there saturday and find out for sure.

Could it be that it comes with the spoiler and rear under body diffusers? eh... who knows, seems expensive.

The 6MT comes with a lil diffuser above the muff tips and under the rear bumper. Combines with the Mudflaps to create the rear aero kit.

Anyone got a pic of the diffusers? So the rear bumper on the 6MT/Sport Package is different?

06 rear sport bumper is different... when i ordered my splash gaurd they gave me the basic one that didn't fit my bumper so they had to order the 'sporty' one. i haven't seen the non-sport bumper but im pretty sure theres a slight difference in them.
