Body shops in Queens anyone?

Can anyone help me with this?
This is the story. I go into dunking donuts today to get an iced coffee and come out to see the left side of my rear bumper scratched up. Along with the bumper, the scratches were on the lip of my wheel, I guess it happened by somebody trying to het out and sweped it a bit. Good new is that I was able to fix the rim scratches with a bit of wheel polish. There was green paint on the rim and I saw the green car parked next to me, but I dont know who it was. Anyway, the rim scratches are still there bet not noticable after I polished it, but the scratches on the bumper are there. I was not able to take pictures but since you guys are very familiar with the car I wanted to see if you can help me without pics. The scratches are right above the rear left splash guard, and just where the bumper has the round fender shape I guess, where the splash guards have the highest point. It didnt touch the body or the splash guard. Do you guys think that a good body shop would be able to fix that up without having to paint the whole bumper. Also the scratches are deep enough that the black can be seen. Do you think they would be able to fix it and blend the paint with the part of the bumper that kind of grooves in??
