Some pictures of my Ivory Pearl G35c. I used to have PIAA Plasma-Ion bulbs for the foglight, which had good visibility at bad weather but too yellowish. Now I installed the new PIAA 8000K Spark and I love it. Compare to it, the G35's HID headlights look just plain white. Very bright and blue (like Audi or Porsche), but unlike any other cheaper bluish bulb.

Somehow these pictures didn't come out right. The PIAA 8000K Spark bulb look so much "bluer" than it appear. I'll try to take some more photos at night.

That is one beautiful car, I like the color it looks very classy, that shine looks great as well, what kind of wax or protectant do you use.

 

Believe it or not, I have never used wax or any protectant yet on my 9 months old G35c. Lazy maybe but the Ivory Pearl color look good enough without any wax.

I just added the aftermarket rear wing for only $160 (painted) from Ebay and it looks good. I thought I liked it without wing but now I wish I done it sooner. Also I personally liked my aftermarket wing better than the OEM. This aftermarket wing has more round shape and curve compared to the OEM. The paint quality on the wing was flawless. All for $160 and you can't beat that.

wow. great looking car. but then again, which g35c isnt? i agree with you that your aftermarket wing does look a little more rounded than oem. i like it.

What do you have in the clearance?

I know this if off the subject, but I have the same Ivory Pearl and was wondering if you have experienced any paint chipping on your front bumper or hood. . I have 900 miles and a few chips already. I do mostly city driving.Thanks for any info.

So far, no noticable chips on front end of my car and no door dent at all. I do mixed driving on city and highway. I have small Japanese-made clear plastic door guards on my car and they work great.

"WOW" no wax job yet, kudo to infinitis paint dept. cause it looks great in that color, the aftermarket wing looks great, Enjoy.

 

are those standard HID bulbs you have in there?
Wow, those make the HIDs look almost yellow-ish.
I bet it would look amazing if you change your HID bulbs to 6000 or 8000k as well.

i love my ivory pearl too.. i've had the car for a couple months now and it still shines so beautifully.. usualli do a wax on the car about once a month, but usualli do jus a wash..

in regards to paint chips, i got none, except one minor minor rock chip in the front.. i've put on my bra today jus to prevent any more from showing up..

I bought the PIAA 8000K Spark bulbs from Extreme Redline for $89.95. Most other dealers charge well over $100. Quick shipment too, highly recommended.

The aftermarket wing installation took about 2 hours. The positioning and drilling part was the hardest. Trust me, drilling your own G35c was not an easy thing to do, I mean mentally. Because the G35c's trunk is double-walled, you have to drill bigger access holes on the inner walls. Before you even begin, make sure you have powerful drill (12V min) and very sharp long drill bits. The Frontier Infiniti (San Jose, CA) charges for $800.00 for the OEM wing and another $180 for the installation.....what a rip off!

For those who are not sure whether to get the rear wing or not...trust me, I had a same issue. I had the car for 8 months without the wing and I liked the clean line. But this new wing adds so much aggressiveness and style to the car, especially to my Ivory car. All of my friends told me that I should done this long time and they can't believe the already gorgeous G35c is now even better looking....all for only $160.
