Interior Doorpanel Question

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on the interior doorpanels. My driver side silver bar was "resprayed" bc it was scratched up horribly and now it definitly does not match the other side. Not glossy and has a rough feel, color doesnt even match. I wanted to know if there was any way to just buy this piece new without having to buy a new door panel, ect. All I need is a new silver piece, pictured in the pic below. Any help would be greatly appreciated, i'll even take a part # if possible

look under it...there is a little hole where you're suppose to stick a flat head in and pry and will pop right out....be very carefuly though. if you pry with a flat head they will make dents on the bottom...i'd recommend putting a little piece of rubber or cloth along with your flathead to not make any dents...
