Angry I am so mad

I have the stone color interior in my 06 coupe, you guys that have it all know what a pain it is to maintain clean right? Well I alway scrub the carpets and mats with Armor All Oxy Magic Upholestry Cleaner and a scrubbing brush or have it shampoed about once ever month. Well to make a long story short I was cleaning it myself and on the passenger side of the car on the border of the carpet before the plastic and the Infiniti aluminum door sill a piece of carpet about the size of a quarter completly came off!!!! I was like WTF its not like the brush is freaking metal or anything! It is not a big deal but damn its a freaking new car and now I have a piece of carpet missing!! sorry that I am venting here but I am really freaking upset... Is there anyway I can fix this without having to do the whole carpeting in the car again?? Please let me know

^ LOL that was too funny... Anyway I guess I am left with no other choice but to spray paint it then!! I just cant believe that this would happen first time it happens with any car I own..... Upholestry seems kind of cheap to me if this happened so quickly or even at all!! W/E should have bought a BMW LOL j/k

Can't you just duct tape or even carpet seam tape the piece back in from the back side?

Maybe I am not following where the piece came out of. Pics?

Put towels down on top of your mats, that way you dont have to clean the floor as much, thats what I do. I got towels that match the color of the interior.

I will try to post pics so you can see exactly where I am talking about. It is on the border of the floor right next to the passenger door before the plastic grey door sill is...

Why wouldn't this be a warranty issue?
