I would say that is prolly damn close to rubbing there. I assume that you have the OEM 18in wheels as well

It'll look really good but you are gonna have a hell of a time getting in and out of parking lots/over speed bumps.

It'll look sick BUT you'll be WAY outta factory camber specs. At that low I think rubbing will be the least of your problems. You will have dramatic inner tire wear from the camber issue. You will also most likely tear the steel braided "flex" area of your exhaust. This area of the exhast represents the lowest point of your car and first to "scrub" on speed bump etc.
How do I know. I had my coilovers that low for about 48hours before I got tired of worrying about every damn dip and bump in the road, it looked cool but sucked to drive.

Wow, that's going to be quite low. Can't do that in these parts. The city is riddled with potholes. If you are in anyway concerned with tire life and wear, you will need to get front and rear camber adjusting components.

You can drop it 3 inches and it won't rub on OEM 18's don't worry. Infiniti couldn't have picked more conservative offsets if they tried.

i would be more worried about scrapping then rubbing on the tires, you can always have the fenders rolled or cut.

Going cheap on lowering without camber adjustments will cost you significantly more in tire wear. I'd suggest a moderate drop or have the money to replace your tires at least once a year.
