Tire Question...

So I'm going down to 17s for the miserable New England winter, gonna get the snow tires. Question is what size tire can I put on 17's that will still fit pretty well?

I'm interested in opinions on this as well...gonna be the first winter with the G for me. I'm in PA so I bet we don't get it nearly as bad as you do up there RIG35Guy. lol. Anyway I was looking at the 17" Bridgestone Blizzak on tirerack.com.
