What mods first with a $1500 budget

I have a 06' G35 6mt. I'm limiting myself to around $1500 on my first mods.

I'm looking at performance mods only at this time. The only visual mods I will end up doing is lowering and possibly different wheels but I really like the stock 19's.

I know the basic mods (exhaust, intake) won't add that much but it does add something and I have to start somewhere.

What would you guys recommend?

I'm thinking dual exhaust with resonated test pipes and possibly an Injen cai if I get the exhaust at a reasonable price.

Throw me some suggestions of what you think are the best HP mods for the money within my budget!

Thanks in advance!

Not technically performace, but if you want to save some $$$, go with a Valentine1 radar detector. Best $400 you'll ever spend!

Plenum Spacer + MREV 2 if your a 6MT.
Stillen Sways (or another brand if you prefer)
Clear Corners
Ztube + Pop Charger or Stillen Intake

That is probobly about 1500 including installs. Thats my plan anyway.

+1, but install it yourself and save some greenbacks for an exhaust.

If you are gonna keep a stock front end/bumper, go for a clear bra to protect it.

Now you have 800 left
Clear corners
tints
down to 550

i went with the intake for a little better sound
i think that brings you to 350

plenum spacer

that should just about do it

Performance wise? dont waste your money at all in N/a mods, just save for FI. You can spend like 3-4k on N/a mods and maybe get 10 hp...

best 400 I've ever spent. I've had my V1 for 10 years now.. yes 10 years and it still does the job.
