PM me if your interested, I have a guy who will do total custom headlights, whatever you want and is pretty good on the price, not nearly as high as all these other places.

I decided not to black out the lights for my own car, but I've blacked out a few other lights.

It's not hard. The hardest part is opening up the lights, which I hate doing, which is why I can't do this stuff full time. I use generic high temp spray paint with a few layers of clear coat.

But here's a pic of a project I've been working on (not for my car, I'm already happy with my quad projector setup). This one still needs the shrouds, fine tuning the aiming. It's about 80% done.



It has a purple tinted clear lens. I added it to sharpen the cutoff:
